How to create

1. Use free select tool and select cat's eyes and nose. And feather 15 pixel.
2. Selection invert.
3. Right click on image, and choose "Filters - Artistic - GIMPressionist". Choose preset "mhgogh". Click Update and click color tab, set Color noise 20 and click OK.
4. "Filters - Enhance - Despeckle", checked Recursive only and set Radius 1, Black level -1, and White level 256.
5. Choose "Select - none". Choose "Filters - Artistic - Oilify", set Mask size 7, checked "Use intensity algorithm".
6. "Filters - Artistic - Apply canvas", set Depth 1.
7. "Filters - Map - Bump map", checked "Compensate for darkening", and set Depth 5 and click OK.
