How to create

  1. Right click on image and choose "Layer" - "Color" - "Hue-Saturation". Set Saturation largest number.
  2. Choose "script-fu" - "MH" - "suisai" and set noise number 0.01, and click OK.
  3. Choose "Filter" - "Artistic" - "GIMPressionist". Choose preset "mhgoch", and click OK.
  4. Run "Filter" - "Enhance" - "GREYCstration".
  5. Choose "Filter" - "Map" - "Bumpmap", and set Depth number 3, and click OK.
