Right click on image and choose "Filters" - "Artistic" - "GIMPressionist". Choose preset "mhclothdai" and click
"Apply". Next, click "brush" tab, and choose "mhheart.pgm", and click "OK".
Right click on image and choose "Filters" - "Enhance" - "GREYCstoration".
Right click on image and choose "Layer" - "Color" - "Hue-Saturation". Set Saturation 40 and click "OK".
