How to create

1. Right click on iamge and choose "script-fu" - "MH" - "cutout". Set mode : 2, bg-color ; black, numbers are 15, 32, 14.
2. Right click on iamge and choose "Filters" - "Artistic" - "GIMPressionist". Choose preset "mhsikaku" and click "Apply" and "OK".
