How to create

  1. Right-click on the inage, "Inage(or layer)" - "color" - "posterize". Number is 20.
  2. Run "Inage(or layer)" - "color" - "Hue-Saturation", and set "Saturation" number 100.
  3. Run "script-fu" - "MH" - "suisai...". Changed noise number to 0.03.
  4. Run "Inage(or layer)" - "color" - "Hue-Saturation" again, set "Saturation" number 100.
  5. Run "script-fu" - "MH" - "sketchcolor". Mode is 1, length is 10, edge is 90.
