How to create(Used GIMP1.2)

1. Right click on image and choose "script-fu" - "MH" - cutout". Set mode 2 and set bg-color black. inch is 20, threshold is 50, edge is 10.
2. Right click new image and choose "script-fu" - "MH" - "suisai". Set radius 1.
3. Right click new image and choose "Image(Layer)" - "Color" - "Hue-Saturation". Set Saturation 100.
4. Right click new image and choose "Filter" - "Map" - "bumpmap". If "Compensate for Darkning" unchecked, check it.
   Choose "Bump Map" image new image.
