1. Run "by-color-select" or "fuzzy-select" at pset (x,y).
2. Picked up pset (x,y) color and paint 1. selection.
3. Repeat 1. and 2. Number increace when "inch" number is small(process takes time).
Problem of mhcutout : mode3(fuzzy-select)
Different run mode between GIMP1.2 and 2.2. Maybe plug-in "fuzzy-select" difference.
